where can order books to come to my library?

what website allows me 2 order books 2 come to my library so i can rent them out as a normal library book? i want to order the books why johnny cant come home i am legend and i would also like to order the dvd or VCR version of he language helper movies called "muzzy" i heard you can rent them from libraries and i want to get the french speaking muzzy videos. i live in minnesota in roseville and go to the ramsey county library if that helps

1. Your library orders them for you and get them other libraries.
2. If you want to get the books from the Ramsey County Library, you need to talk to the Librarian, and have her order them or borrow them for the library, then loan them to you... you cannot order the books yourself, unless you plan to pay for them yourself, and donate them to the library... You would still need to talk to the librarian first....
3. Go to the library or call the Ramsey county library. Ask the Librarian on duty to initiate an Interlibrary Loan request for you and he/she will help you find these books and dvds.
