What is the best way, if possible, to learn fluent Spanish?

I am wanting to learn Spanish online for free, but don't know where to start. Is there an easy, free way to learn?

1. Talk with native spanish speakers.
2. You will first have to get a basic understanding of grammar and a lot of vocabulary. Then find TV stations in Spanish on the internet and listen to them.
3. practice your spanish in a country where it speaks try to answer questions in spanish like this site but in spanish, you will improve your spanish
4. Immerse yourself in the language in no other place than Spain! ;-)
5. well,the thing is if you speak some spanish or nothing at all. As a native spanish, if you don´t, you need some grammar because the verbal tenses are hard to learn,even for us.If you google free spanish course I am positive that you will find some. And if you already know some, go to chat rooms or through myspace,the best way,and free,is to talk to natives,and chatrooms are a very good option, that´s how I improved my english ( I know it´s not perfect yet,but give me time hehe)
